A lifelong resident of Muskingum County, Mary is married to John Bates, a real estate agent and auctioneer. They have two daughters, Keela (Brad) Barker and Nicole (Mike) Zuniga, two granddaughters and two grandsons.
Mary’s past work experience includes working for Genesis Hospital, The Times Recorder and Advertiser. She is a member of the VFW and Eagles.
Mary is a member of the Zanesville Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
